Hello, and welcome to my website!
My name is Rachel, and I’m a health coach who specialises in Autonomic Response Testing (A.R.T.). My journey here wasn’t a straightforward one. It’s a path shaped by my personal experiences and my desire to better understand my own wellbeing and support others on their wellness journeys.
For many years, I experienced a range of health challenges that left me searching for answers. Despite my best efforts, I struggled with ongoing fatigue, skin issues, and feeling generally unwell.
Through it all, I felt there was more contributing to how I was feeling, but finding the right support was not easy. I explored many different approaches, spent countless hours researching, and continued searching for a wellness approach that resonated with me. It wasn’t until I was introduced to A.R.T. that I began exploring my health from a different perspective.
In my personal experience, A.R.T. offered a unique and holistic way to explore factors that may have been influencing my overall wellbeing. By observing the body’s responses through the autonomic nervous system, I was able to gain greater awareness of patterns that I felt were important in supporting my wellness journey.
While I have made incredible progress on my health journey, I am far from ‘done’. Wellbeing is not linear, and every day is a step toward better understanding myself and continuing to support my overall wellbeing.
This journey is what inspired me to learn A.R.T. — to support others who may also be searching for a more personalised and holistic approach to wellbeing. I understand how overwhelming it can feel when you’re unsure where to turn, and I’m passionate about creating a supportive space for people to explore their health in a different way.
My goal is to support and empower others through the same wellness approach that played an important role in my own journey.
I’m grateful for how far I’ve come, and I continue to learn every day. I look forward to supporting others as they explore their own path toward greater balance and wellbeing.
