Uncover What Your Body's Telling You

Autonomic Response Testing (A.R.T.) is a non-invasive, diagnostic method used to assess the health and functioning of the autonomic nervous system (ANS), the part of your body responsible for regulating involuntary functions such as heart rate, digestion, and respiratory rate.

A.R.T. uses muscle testing to evaluate how your body responds to various stressors, including toxins, infections, environmental and emotional stressor which helps to identify underlying imbalances.

Developed by Dr Dietrich Klinghardt, A.R.T. aims to provide insights that may assist in guiding a personalised wellness approach.

What to Expect

A.R.T. is a non-invasive assessment method used within complementary wellness practices to observe how the body responds to different forms of stimulation and environmental factors.

During a session, I will use muscle biofeedback techniques to explore responses to a range of items and influences, which may include foods, environmental factors, and other wellness-related stressors.

How the Process Works

Initial Consultation

Your session begins with a review of your client intake form and a discussion about your health history, lifestyle, and wellness goals. This helps guide the focus of the session.

Assessment Process

The assessment involves gentle contact over clothing and around the body. An assistant may assist with muscle biofeedback techniques during the session.

Different items or stimuli may be introduced throughout the process to observe how the body responds.

Wellness Recommendations

Based on the session findings, a personalised wellness plan may be discussed. Recommendations can include general lifestyle guidance, nutritional support, relaxation practices, or complementary wellness approaches.

Session Information

Sessions may take up to 1.5 hours
